1. P2W Does Not Operate Any Restaurants.
Most McDonald’s restaurants are owned and operated by independent franchisees of McDonald’s and some are operated by McDonald’s subsidiaries (such franchisees and subsidiaries are together, “restaurants”). 2. Arch Card Shipments, Risk of Loss.
